After I had already created some books for Panta Rhei in the past years. Started now last year with the first own book project. Together with the English catfish expert Steven Grant we published a book about the group of Antennae Catfishes “Pims – Pimelodidae, Heptapteridae and Pseudopimelodidae Catfishes” which is already sold out. In summer/fall 2021 the second project came up with the group of spiny catfishes: “Banjos, Dorads and Woodcats – Aspredinidae, Doradidae and Auchenipteridae Catfishes”, which is also selling very well.
A few more projects are planned for this year. Besides the already announced books about “The bristlenose Catfishes of the genus Ancistrus” also the book about the group “Snakehead fishes – Science, Aquaristics and Nature”.
However, we are also working on numerous other projects. Both in the area of catfish, as well as in other fish areas or even the ichthyofauna of various areas. So the year 2022 will be really exciting and interesting. We will announce the other projects shortly …
