… what lasts a long time will finally be good!
After years of putting you off, we can now finally give you a fixed date for our Ancistrus book. The official publication date (= start of shipping) is May 5, 2025!
However, we will organize the presentation of the book accordingly and have a stand at the aqua EXPO XXL in Hamm/Westphalia from April 25 – 27, 2025, where we will sign and sell the books.
But don’t worry: all those who have pre-ordered their book can of course get it signed by both authors, just write a comment in the order notes.
We have now also written to everyone who has already placed a non-binding order in recent years to inform them of the sales launch.
We also have a little treat for you: There is a subscription price, i.e. if you pre-order and pay for the book by March 10, 2025, you will receive the book for 75.95 EUR instead of 79.95 EUR!
For our friends from the USA, we would like to inform you that the book will again be distributed directly in the USA by our loyal partner Stephan Tanner (aka Swiss Tropicals). In view of the ever-increasing shipping costs, this is an immense advantage. You can find his webshop here: https://www.swisstropicals.com/books/
We are also looking for dealers from other countries who would like to sell our books. Of course, we also offer special reseller conditions. This starts with just 10 copies. If you are interested in distributing this beautiful and comprehensive book, please contact us.
Please note that we are prohibited from supplying end customers in the following countries for EU policy reasons: France, Austria, Sweden and Spain. However, we are still looking for reliable sales partners who would like to supply our customers in these countries.
For the countries Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Cyprus, Luxembourg there is currently no possibility to supply these countries.
You can also read more about this in my blog post: Worldwide shipping with restrictions in the EU!
